This agreement is between NetLinx Communications Inc. and the owner/manager of the Real Estate Office (the "Broker"). The Broker promises to fulfill the conditions of this agreement commencing from the date of signing the Authorization. The Broker must have a minimum of 10 full time agents. Also, the Broker must be in business for a minimum of 1 (one) year to qualify for the program.

  1. The financing of these folders are entirely dependent on the selling of advertising space to local businesses. It is understood that the "FREE" folders are subject to obtaining a sufficient number of advertisers to underwrite the cost of producing said product. The Broker further agrees to supply NetLinx Communications Inc., with an adequate number of preferred vendors and allow NetLinx Communications Inc. to supplement the list, if necessary, through a selective marketing campaign in the community.
     

  2. The Broker also agrees to allow NetLinx Communications Inc. to use its name when approaching potential sponsors and advertisers.
     

  3. It is understood that NetLinx Communications Inc. is not responsible for the change of ownership, management and/or any other modifications to the Broker. The Broker agrees that in the event of a change of ownership, management or modification, the terms of this agreement shall be transferred intact to the new Broker.
     

  4. The Broker agrees to distribute the folders until all folders have been handed out completely. All advertisers that have supported the said program will receive any possible referrals from the Broker.
